For certified copies, there is a processing step for the certification stamp that may add some time to your visit. Mail-in requests are also accepted. Search by party name or case number to find family court records. Documents cost $0.10 per page to view, capped at $3. Case parties can access their own documents free of charge.
In-person visits to the clerk's office in Urbana give you access to the full case file, including documents that may not be in the online system. Older cases especially may only be available on paper at the courthouse. The online system shows docket entries, hearing dates, and case status.
